Impulss examines speeding minors on electric scooters

ERR’s ETV programme Impulss will discuss electric scooters and what should be done about minors who ride them at high speed on Tuesday at 8 p.m.

Kristjan Maruste, Pärtel-Peeter Pere, Kristi Mäe, Pert Lomp, Gerli Lehe and Johanna Hade will take part in the studio discussion.

The programme will also feature a video report in which police present several typical electric scooter accident cases. A dentist will discuss injuries caused by high-speed falls, which can leave children without teeth or result in jaw fractures.
