Brainstorm and Noep to perform joint concert in Pärnu

Latvian pop-rock band Brainstorm and Estonian artist Noep will perform together at Pärnu Beach Stadium on July 24, 2027, ERR reported.

Founded in 1989, Brainstorm is one of Latvia’s most internationally successful bands. The group finished third at Eurovision in 2000 with the song “My Star” and has also found success in international charts over the years.

“Brainstorm has developed a very special relationship with Pärnu. We have spent quite a lot of time here in recent years and discovered the city and the entire region from a completely different perspective,” the band’s frontman Renars Kaupers said.

Andres Kõpper, who performs under the name Noep, said Pärnu had all the prerequisites for a major show.

Concert organiser Andres Puusepp said Pärnu deserved a major summer concert and expressed hope that the city could also become a concert destination.

The concert is the next stage in a longer-term cooperation between Pärnu and Brainstorm. In 2025, the band members became Pärnu’s official tourism ambassadors in Latvia, and the city was promoted to Latvian audiences in cooperation with the band as an attractive holiday and leisure destination.
