Temperatures will rise to around 20 degrees Celsius in Estonia during the first half of the week, ERR reports. The night before Monday will be cooler, with temperatures falling below 5 degrees in many places and possibly reaching 0 degrees at ground level.
Monday night will be clear or partly cloudy, with occasional showers in western Estonia and fog possible in some areas. Northwestern and westerly winds will reach 3 to 9 metres per second, with gusts of up to 13 metres per second on the coast and up to 15 metres per second in Virumaa. Temperatures will range from 3 to 9 degrees, reaching 14 degrees on the coast.
Monday morning will be clear or partly cloudy and dry, although fog may occur in places. Temperatures will reach 7 to 11 degrees, or up to 14 degrees on the coast.
During the day, eastern Estonia will remain clear or lightly cloudy and dry. Western Estonia will have variable cloud cover, with occasional showers. Westerly winds will blow at 2 to 8 metres per second, with coastal gusts of up to 13 metres per second. Temperatures will rise to 14 to 19 degrees.
On Tuesday, occasional showers are expected in western Estonia. By evening, heavier precipitation will arrive from the sea and move from the islands towards the mainland. Overnight temperatures will range from 7 to 13 degrees, reaching 16 degrees on the coast, while daytime temperatures will reach 17 to 21 degrees.
On Wednesday night, a band of precipitation will move from west to east across Estonia. The rain will become less frequent during the day. Temperatures will range from 11 to 16 degrees overnight and from 16 to 21 degrees during the day.
According to current forecasts, Thursday and Friday will often be rainy. Overnight temperatures will range from 9 to 16 degrees, while daytime temperatures will reach 14 to 19 degrees.
