Velikije Luki drummer Raik Kuusemets dies at 63

Raik Kuusemets, drummer of the punk band Velikije Luki, has died unexpectedly at the age of 63, ERR reported.

“We are sad to announce that drummer Raik unexpectedly left us today. Thank you, dear friend. It was always fun and enjoyable with you,” the band said on social media.

Kuusemets was born on October 29, 1962. Velikije Luki first formed in late October 1982. Its original lineup consisted of Ivo Uukkivi, Allan Vainola, Peep Männil and Villu Tamme.
