Nausėda to work remotely from Madeira for a week

Lithuanian President Gitanas Nausėda will work remotely from Madeira, a Portuguese island, from August 3 to 10, LRT reported on Monday.

The Presidential Office said Nausėda would work remotely during his stay and receive regular updates on the most important events in Lithuania.

The president does not formally have holidays, as they are not regulated by law.
