Man dies after falling through ice on Rėkyva Lake in Šiauliai

A 73-year-old man has died after falling through the ice on Rėkyva Lake in Šiauliai, local police reported on Tuesday.

Emergency responders were unable to revive the man, whose death was confirmed at approximately 11:40 AM, according to authorities.

The victim was born in 1953.
