Estonian public broadcaster ERR reported that Klassikaraadio moved its studio to Tammsaare Park in Tallinn for International Music Day on October 1, broadcasting live from the park for three hours.
The temporary studio hosted several guests, including conductor Mihhail Gerts, who spoke about the upcoming Tubin Festival. The broadcast also featured live music and invited passers-by to join the conversation, with the station surprising some with music.
Presenters Ivo Heinloo, Nele-Eva Steinfeld and Lisete Velt were at the park. Velt said the station wanted to bring Klassikaraadio closer to the public, as it had previously broadcast from Balti Jaam market.
Music Day events took place across Estonia. At a government press conference, the ensemble Karmoskakamraadid performed.
