Police find suspected marijuana on Lithuanian soldier in Panevezys

LRT reported, citing the Police Department, that police found a substance suspected to be marijuana on a Lithuanian Armed Forces soldier in Panevezys on Saturday.

Police detained the man, born in 2006, at about 5:35 p.m. on Savitiskio Street, near a garage complex. Officers found a packet containing a plant-based substance, which they suspect is marijuana.

The man was taken into custody, and a pretrial investigation has been opened.
