Monday to bring warm weather and spreading showers

ERR reports that Monday will start warm and dry in Estonia, but rain showers will spread eastward from the west during the day. It will be windy, with thunderstorms possible in some places.

The coming night will be clear or partly cloudy and dry, although fog may form in places. Winds will blow from the south at 2 to 8 metres per second, reaching 4 to 10 metres per second on the coast, with gusts of up to 14 metres per second. Temperatures will range from 9 to 14 degrees Celsius, rising to 18 degrees on the coast.

Monday morning will remain clear or partly cloudy and dry. Southerly winds will reach 4 to 10 metres per second, with gusts of up to 14 metres per second on the coast. Temperatures will be between 15 and 19 degrees.

Cloud cover will increase from the west in the afternoon. Showers will reach the islands and spread eastward, arriving in eastern Estonia by evening. Thunderstorms are possible in some places. Winds from the south will reach 5 to 12 metres per second, with gusts of up to 15 metres per second and up to 18 metres per second on the coast. In the afternoon, the wind will turn southwest from the islands and weaken. Temperatures will reach 21 to 26 degrees, but remain as low as 19 degrees on the coast.

The evening will be mostly cloudy, with showers in many places and a risk of thunderstorms. Southwest and southerly winds will reach 5 to 10 metres per second, with gusts of up to 15 metres per second. Temperatures will range from 17 to 22 degrees.

Tuesday is expected to be windy, with variable cloud cover, showers and thunderstorms. The weather will become calmer from Wednesday, with partly cloudy skies and only occasional showers. Average temperatures will be 19 degrees on Tuesday and 18 degrees on Wednesday.

Current forecasts indicate sunny and dry weather on Thursday, although the average temperature will remain around 19 degrees. Friday will bring partly cloudy skies and isolated showers, with temperatures ranging from 18 to 23 degrees.
