Man drowns in Šilutė district

A 40-year-old man drowned in Šilutė district on Friday, according to a report by LRT.lt.

Fire and rescue service representatives told LRT.lt that two people were swimming in Saugų Apylinkių lake when one woman was rescued, but the man, born in 1984, drowned. Divers later recovered his body from the water.
