A 16-year-old boy was discovered injured outside a residential building in Vilnius on Saturday evening and rushed to hospital, Lithuanian public broadcaster LRT reports.

The incident occurred at around 8:13 pm on April 11 in Šv. Stepono Street, where emergency services found the teenager, born in 2010. Authorities have launched an investigation into possible incitement to suicide or assistance in self-harm.

The case follows a separate incident in Pasvalys district, where a 19-year-old girl was found injured outside a home in Narteikių village early Sunday morning. She was also taken to hospital, with police probing allegations of causing physical pain or minor bodily harm.
