Reform Party names Signe Riisalo as deputy chair

Estonia’s Reform Party board has confirmed Signe Riisalo as a new deputy chair, ERR reported on Monday. She takes the role after Maris Lauri became economic adviser to President Ülle Madise.

Toomas Järveoja is expected to replace Lauri in the Riigikogu, Estonia’s parliament. Riisalo chairs the Riigikogu’s Social Affairs Committee and served as minister of social protection from 2021 to 2025.

Hanno Pevkur and Jürgen Ligi will continue as the party’s other deputy chairs.
