Minor dies in Vilnius hospital after suspected poisoning

A minor suspected of being poisoned by substances of unknown origin died at a hospital in Vilnius, LRT reported.

The girl, born in 2010, died at about 3:30 a.m. on Sunday. She had been brought to the hospital on Santariškių Street from Švenčionys district.

Police have opened a pre-trial investigation to establish the cause of death.
