Few sunny spells expected in Lithuania over All Souls weekend

Cloudy skies, fog and light rain are expected across Lithuania through the All Souls weekend, with temperatures reaching up to 13 degrees Celsius, LRT reported, citing meteorologist Paulius Starkus of the Hydrometeorological Service.

On Thursday, there will be few clear spells, with light rain in some places and a chance of showers in western districts in the afternoon. Winds will be light and from the west. Temperatures will range from 8 to 13 degrees.

Friday will be cloudier and slightly wetter. Light rain is expected in western areas, while fog is possible in the east. Temperatures are forecast at 4 to 9 degrees, rising to 8 to 13 during the day, when brief, light showers are possible in many places, particularly in eastern Lithuania.

Similar conditions are expected over the weekend. On Saturday, skies will remain heavily clouded, with light rain expected overnight and during the day. Temperatures will be 8 to 13 degrees overnight and 7 to 12 during the day.

On Sunday, November 1, there will be plenty of cloud and fog, but less rain. Temperatures will range from 1 to 6 degrees overnight and 6 to 11 during the day.

Starkus said similar weather is expected later, with overnight temperatures of 1 to 7 degrees. Daytime temperatures will reach 10 degrees less often, while sunny spells will become less likely and fog more frequent.
