Valdas Adamkus discharged from Santaros Clinics

President Valdas Adamkus was discharged from Santaros Clinics, a hospital, on Monday and will continue recovering at home, the clinics said, LRT reported.

Adamkus was admitted to the hospital on September 26 after a sudden health problem, the president’s office said several weeks ago. Following examinations and an assessment of his condition, he underwent surgery. The operation was reported to have gone smoothly.
