Vabarna says Setomaa stands behind Eesti Laul finalists

Musician Jalmar Vabarna says Seto culture and support from Setomaa could help his act succeed in the Eesti Laul final, ERR reported.

Vabarna’s song “Kipõ-kipõ”, performed by Zetod feat. Hellika, has reached the final of Eesti Laul 2027. “We pay tribute with our song to Seto culture, which is so unique in the world, and I think it could carry us through the final,” he told the ERR programme “Ringvaade”.

He said the group had many fans and hoped all of Setomaa would be behind them. The song was written by Vabarna, Matis Leima, Jaanus Viskar, Martin Kütt and Artur Linnus.
