Police continue search for suspects in attempted arson at SpaceX premises
Lithuanian police are still searching for people suspected of trying to set fire to premises in Vilnius where US company SpaceX operates, LRT reported, citing Police Commissioner General Arūnas Paulauskas.
The Lithuanian Criminal Police Bureau is conducting a pre-trial investigation, Paulauskas told journalists on Monday, describing it as intensive. Asked whether any suspects had been detained, he said they had not. He did not say whether they were being sought only in Lithuania or identify their nationalities.
The incident happened on Sunday night. BNS reported that it took place on the grounds of Delska’s data centre.
Prime Minister Mindaugas Sinkevičius called a meeting on Monday to discuss the incident and a drone that entered Lithuania on Sunday.
