Rain and showers are expected across Estonia over the next several days, ERR reports, as a low-pressure area brings unsettled weather from Sunday into midweek.

On Sunday morning, skies will be partly cloudy, with occasional rain near the coast and fog in some places. During the day, cloud and rain will affect many areas. Temperatures will range from 11 to 14 degrees Celsius.

Overnight into Sunday, rain and cloud will gradually clear from the west after midnight, though fog may form locally. Temperatures will fall to 3 to 9 degrees, reaching 12 degrees on the coast. Winds will weaken after midnight. On Sunday, winds will be mainly from the east at 2 to 8 metres per second, with gusts of up to 12 metres per second along the coast.

Showers are forecast on Monday, with fog possible in places overnight. Average temperatures will be around 12 degrees on Monday and 11 degrees on Tuesday.

Wednesday is expected to be more unsettled, with cloudy skies and rain moving from west to east. Winds will be moderate and gusty, and the average temperature will be around 11 degrees.

On Thursday, the average temperature is forecast to rise to 15 degrees and winds will ease. Western Estonia will have fewer clouds, while cloud cover will vary in the east, where occasional showers are possible.
