Estonia to have sunny, dry weather on Friday

Friday will bring mostly sunny, dry weather across Estonia, with temperatures reaching 15 to 19 degrees Celsius, ERR reports. Fog is expected in places overnight and in the morning, with frost possible close to the ground.

Overnight skies will be partly cloudy, with no precipitation. Southwesterly winds will blow at 1 to 6 metres per second, with gusts of up to 9 m/s on the islands. Temperatures will range from 0 to 6 degrees, falling to around minus 2 near the ground in some places. The islands and the western coast of the mainland will be warmer, with temperatures reaching 13 degrees.

Friday morning will be clear or mostly clear in western Estonia and partly cloudy in the east. Winds will be light, and temperatures will range from 1 to 7 degrees, reaching up to 14 degrees on the islands and the mainland’s western coast. During the day, southerly winds will blow at 1 to 7 m/s, with gusts of up to 10 m/s on the islands. Winds on the mainland will become light and variable in the afternoon.

The weekend will bring variable cloud cover. Fog is possible in places on Saturday night and in the morning, with isolated showers in the afternoon. Showers are also possible in parts of western and central Estonia on Sunday afternoon. Temperatures will range from 14 to 19 degrees over the weekend.

Cloud cover will increase on Monday, bringing rain and average temperatures of around 14 degrees. Tuesday will be more changeable, with some rain still expected in places and temperatures reaching about 16 degrees.
