Young man stabs man during dispute in Vilnius

A young man stabbed another man during a dispute in Vilnius on Monday, LRT reported, citing police.

The incident took place at about 12.35pm in an apartment on Dzūkų Street. Police said the suspect, born in 2007, had a blood alcohol level of 0.72 per mille. The victim, born in 1971, appeared intoxicated but refused a sobriety test.

The victim received medical care and is being treated as an outpatient. The suspect was detained, and a pre-trial investigation was opened on suspicion of causing physical pain or minor bodily harm.
