Radio 2 and Noep join Europe-wide dance music marathon

Estonian public broadcaster ERR’s Radio 2 will take part in “Europe’s Biggest Dance Show” on Friday, with Noep performing a DJ set for the international audience.

The six-hour dance music marathon will be broadcast simultaneously by 12 European radio stations, led by BBC Radio 1. This is the fourth time Radio 2 has been selected as a partner station.

Each station has been allocated 30 minutes in the programme, which reaches millions of listeners across Europe. BBC Radio 1 in London will open the marathon, while Radio Promin in Kyiv will close it.

Radio 2 will broadcast the full programme from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m., preceded by a warm-up show at 7 p.m. The Estonian segment begins at midnight and will be hosted by Marta Püssa.

The eighth edition of “Europe’s Biggest Dance Show” will also be available to listeners of other European Broadcasting Union radio stations. Previous Estonian performers in the programme have included Madison Mars, Syn Cole and Tommy Cash.
