Probal and Kaljulaid to discuss Ukraine’s drones and peace efforts

ERR reported that Sunday’s “Ukraine Studio” programme will feature Arbo Probal, head of the Estonian Defence Forces’ unmanned systems programme, and President Kersti Kaljulaid.

The programme will examine a Ukrainian drone attack on a target in Arctic western Siberia more than 3,000 kilometres away. Probal will explain which drones can fly that far and how the rapid development of the drone industry is changing warfare.

Kaljulaid, who recently returned from Ukraine, will discuss the mood there and assess the United States’ latest efforts to revive peace talks, as well as what Europe should do in the meantime.

The programme will be hosted by Epp Ehand and edited by Aleksander Krjukov.
