Warm weather to continue as Sunday temperatures reach 21 degrees
Temperatures will rise to 21 degrees on Sunday, with rain possible only in western Lithuania, LRT Radio reports, citing Elena Kliukina, a forecaster at Lithuania’s Hydrometeorological Service.
Most areas will have cloudy skies with some clear spells. Brief rain may occur in the western part of the country in the second half of the day.
Light southerly to southwesterly winds will reach 3 to 8 metres per second. Daytime temperatures will range from 16 to 21 degrees.
Calm and warm weather is also expected at the beginning of next week. Rain is likely in many parts of the country, while light winds from varying directions will reach 3 to 8 metres per second.
Night-time temperatures will range from 9 to 14 degrees, while daytime temperatures will rise to between 17 and 22 degrees. Fog may form overnight.
