Prosecutor seeks two-year prison term for Erika Švenčionienė

LRT reports that prosecutor Redas Savickas has asked a Vilnius Regional Court to convict pro-Russian activist Erika Švenčionienė of helping another state act against Lithuania and sentence her to two years in prison.

Savickas made the request in his closing arguments at the court on Friday.

For another defendant in the case, Kazimieras Juraitis, the prosecutor is seeking a one-and-a-half-year prison sentence. He has also proposed a fine of 15,000 euros for Valerijus Ivanovas.
