Lithuanian Prison Service seeks public help to find four convicts

The Lithuanian Prison Service has asked the public to help locate four convicts who left places where they were serving their sentences and have not been found, LRT reported. Some of the searches have continued for several years.

According to the service, the wanted individuals may be hiding in Lithuania or abroad.

Andrius Kalasiūnas, born on December 16, 1984, was serving his sentence at the open facility of Pravieniškės First Prison. He has been wanted since September 13, 2019. He was previously registered in Ringaudai village, Ringaudai eldership, in Kaunas District Municipality. The service believes he may be hiding abroad.

Viktoras Liachovič, born on February 23, 1984, has been wanted since September 24, 2023. He was previously registered in Stoniava village, Žiežmariai eldership, in Kaišiadorys District. He may be hiding in Lithuania or abroad.

Gintaras Korotkovas, born on April 20, 1967, has been wanted since October 2, 2025. He was previously registered in Panevėžys. The service has information that he may be hiding in Vilnius or Panevėžys.

Artūras Makselis, born on September 30, 1987, has been wanted since May 28, 2026. He was previously registered in Vilnius and may be hiding there.

The Lithuanian Prison Service is asking anyone with information about the men’s current whereabouts or other details that could assist the search to contact officers at +370 656 82337.

Information that may help includes where a person was seen, whom they associate with, what vehicle they use and where they might be living.

People who spot any of the wanted individuals should not attempt to detain them. In an emergency, they should call 112.

The service has also asked the media and public to share the information and photographs of the wanted individuals.
