September pensions and disability benefits to be paid on 7 September

September pensions and disability benefits will be paid on Monday, 7 September, two days later than usual, ERR reported.

The regular payment date is the fifth day of each month, but this month it falls on a Saturday, the Social Insurance Board said.

When a payment date falls on a weekend, the board makes the payments on the following working day. The board advised recipients to take the changed payment date into account and plan their early-month expenses in advance where possible.
