A Raseiniai resident lost 4200 euros after clicking a link sent by scammers, LRT reported, citing police.

The man, born in 1985, clicked a link received by SMS on August 18 and entered his banking details. He then lost 4200 euros.

Police have opened a pretrial investigation into fraud.
