Police investigate alleged assault on woman and child in Vilnius

A man allegedly assaulted a woman and a young child in an apartment in Vilnius on Tuesday, LRT reported, citing police.
According to the Vilnius County Chief Police Commissariat, the man, born in 1998, assaulted a woman, born in 2004, and hit the child, born in 2023, with a door at about 12:30 p.m.
A pretrial investigation has been opened.
