Authorities find 1,400 anti-tank shell fuzes in Kėdainiai district

LRT reported that 1,400 anti-tank shell fuzes were found on Wednesday in Pilionys village, in the Dotnuva eldership of Kėdainiai district.
According to the Fire and Rescue Department, police activated the “Skydas” plan at 3:07 p.m. Firefighters remained at the scene while bomb disposal specialists collected the fuzes.
The explosives were escorted to the Gaižiūnai training ground and destroyed.
