Paraglider crashes in Šilutė district, pilot hospitalized

A paraglider crashed in a field in Laučiai village, Šilutė district, on Wednesday evening, and the man operating it was taken to hospital, LRT reported.
According to the Police Department, the crash occurred at about 8:45 p.m. The pilot was born in 1977.
Authorities are clarifying the circumstances of the incident.
