ERR reports that a high-pressure system will shift from Lithuania towards Russia on Tuesday, while its eastern edge keeps the weather around the Baltic Sea mostly dry.

The night will be widely clear. During the day, periods of sunshine will alternate with developing clouds, which may bring brief rain in isolated places. Winds will ease.
