Journalist Šarūnas Dvareckas to become press representative for interior minister

Journalist Šarūnas Dvareckas will start working as the press representative for Interior Minister Martynas Katelynas on August 3, he confirmed to the ELTA news agency.

Dvareckas previously worked at TV3, as well as in the news service of LNK and at Lietuvos Rytas TV. He has also worked at LRT Radio and the radio station FM99. He holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Vilnius University.

The Interior Ministry post was assigned to Katelynas, a social democrat, following the formation of the new government.
