Summer-like weather has firmly settled in Lithuania, with temperatures expected to rise as high as 27°C, according to a report by LRT.

Ineta Daunoravičiūtė, a synoptist at the Lithuanian Hydrometeorological Service, told LRT RADIJAS and LRT.lt that a high-pressure system will continue to dominate, keeping conditions calm, warm, and pleasant. On Tuesday, skies will remain mostly clear with only scattered thicker clouds, and the chance of rain will be minimal. Winds will stay moderate.

Temperatures will climb to between 22–27°C across most of the country, though the Curonian Spit will be slightly cooler, with highs of 19–21°C. The weather will remain stable into the night of the Jonas Festival (Midsummer), with clear skies, no rain expected, and light winds. Overnight lows will range from 9–14°C.

Wednesday will start sunny and dry, but thicker clouds will develop in the afternoon, bringing short bursts of rain in some areas, particularly in northern regions. Temperatures will reach 21–26°C inland and 18–20°C along the coast.

More rain is forecast for Thursday, with scattered showers and possible thunderstorms both overnight and during the day in many parts of the country. Nighttime temperatures will hover around 11–16°C, while daytime highs will again reach 22–27°C, with coastal areas staying around 20°C.

As the weekend approaches, the likelihood of rain will decrease, and daytime temperatures may edge closer to 30°C.
