Two children injured in separate incidents in Klaipėda and Panevėžys districts

Two minors were injured in separate incidents in the Klaipėda and Panevėžys districts over the past weekend, according to a report by LRT citing police data.

On Saturday afternoon, a child born in 2022 fell from a window in a house in the Klaipėda district. The child was hospitalised with injuries, and authorities are investigating the case for potential charges related to causing physical pain or minor health disorders.

In a separate incident, a child born in 2016 was taken to Panevėžys hospital late Sunday night after injuring their hand with a lawnmower. The child was later transferred to a medical facility in Kaunas for further treatment. Police are clarifying the circumstances of the incident.
