Lithuania to see warm but wet weather this week

Lithuania can expect a mix of rain and summer-like temperatures over the coming week, according to the country’s Hydrometeorological Service.

Speaking to LRT Radio, synoptic forecaster Janas Voitkevičius said the week will bring unsettled conditions, though daytime highs will increasingly resemble summer.

Tuesday will see scattered showers, with temperatures reaching 16–21°C. On Wednesday, brief rain is possible in eastern regions, with overnight lows of 6–11°C and daytime highs of 18–23°C.

Thursday may bring short-lived showers and possible thunderstorms in many areas, with nighttime temperatures between 7–12°C and daytime highs of 19–24°C.
