Emergency response drills to be held near government headquarters in Vilnius

Residents and visitors may see smoke, fire trucks, police vehicles, and ambulances with sirens during the exercise. Authorities stressed that the activity is part of a training scenario and poses no real danger to the public.
Traffic will continue as usual, though drivers are advised to be cautious around emergency vehicles with activated sirens. The public is asked to remain calm, follow official instructions, and avoid spreading unverified information.
The drills are coordinated by the Government Chancellery and the National Crisis Management Centre.
