Lithuania will see temperatures rise to between 5°C and 10°C on Saturday, accompanied by strengthening winds, according to the country’s Hydrometeorological Service, as reported by LRT.

Elena Kliukina, a synoptics specialist, said a cold front moving across the country will bring rain, with wet snow possible in northern regions. Wind gusts may reach 15–20 m/s in some areas. The perceived temperature will feel cooler due to southwest to westerly winds of 8–13 m/s, climbing to 15–18 m/s along the coast.

Overnight temperatures will range from -2°C to 3°C. On Sunday, another front will approach, bringing further rain—primarily in western Lithuania—with highs of 9–14°C.

The unsettled weather, including rain, strong winds (averaging 9–14 m/s, with coastal gusts up to 20 m/s), and temperatures between 0°C and 10°C, is expected to persist at least until Tuesday.
