Estonia’s Land and Spatial Planning Board will publish the results of its 2026 nationwide land valuation on Friday, ERR reported. An overview of the findings and how land tax is calculated will be available on the ERR website from 10 a.m.
The regular valuation, conducted every four years, provides an updated market-based estimate of land values across Estonia and shows how they have changed in different regions.
At an event presenting the results, speakers will include board director general Kati Tamtik, state architect Tõnis Arjus, the board’s head of land valuation Marje Kolmar-Grüner and process manager Britt Suits. Piret Zahkna, a finance analyst with the Association of Estonian Cities and Municipalities, will also speak.
