Joller and Sikkut to discuss healthcare access and funding

Reform Party MP Karmen Joller and Social Democratic Party MP Riina Sikkut will discuss healthcare access and funding on ERR’s “Esimene stuudio” programme at 9:40 p.m. on Thursday.

ERR reports that surveys show people want solutions to improve access to healthcare, while the government does not plan to provide additional funding to the Health Insurance Fund. The programme will examine what patients should prepare for and whether pay rises for doctors and nurses can be postponed.

Mirko Ojakivi will host the programme.
