Matulionis says drone crossed Polish-Lithuanian border

Lithuania has substantiated information that a drone which fell on its territory on Sunday crossed the border with Poland, presidential national security adviser Deividas Matulionis said, LRT reported.

“I can say unequivocally that we have substantiated information that the drone crossed the Polish border,” Matulionis told BNS on Monday.

He was responding to a report by Polsat News, citing sources in Poland’s Defence Ministry, which said the drone had been launched from Lithuanian territory about 30 kilometres from the Polish border and had not entered Polish airspace.
