Lithuanian firms to showcase drones at Pabradė military range

Lithuanian companies will present unmanned systems at a Drone Day event on Thursday at the Pabradė military training ground in Švenčionys district, LRT reported, citing the Ministry of National Defence.

The exhibition will feature aerial, ground and maritime unmanned systems. The programme also includes demonstration flights and a conference with speakers from the Lithuanian Armed Forces, the ministry and Ukraine.

The Lithuanian Armed Forces will also open an experimentation space called Vanagas. It will include an open training course for first-person-view drones, where competitions between Lithuanian military units will be held.
