Sunny Wednesday to give way to wind and rain

After a relatively wet and sometimes foggy autumn, Wednesday is expected to bring sunshine, ERR reports.

The sky will be mostly clear overnight. Southwesterly and westerly winds will blow at 4 to 10 metres per second, with gusts of up to 14 metres per second along the coast and up to 17 metres per second on the north coast. Temperatures will range from 5 to 10 degrees, reaching 14 degrees along the coast.

Clear, dry weather is expected widely in the morning. Winds will be from the west at 3 to 9 metres per second, with northwesterly gusts of up to 15 metres per second on the north coast. Temperatures will be 7 to 13 degrees.

Wednesday will be sunny. Clouds will move in from the west in the evening, but there will be no rain. Westerly winds will blow at 4 to 10 metres per second, with gusts of up to 14 metres per second along the coast, before easing later in the evening. Temperatures will reach 13 to 16 degrees.

Thursday will be partly cloudy. Fog is expected overnight and in the morning, while rain clouds will approach the islands in the evening. Winds will strengthen and become strong on Friday, with gusts reaching 27 metres per second in some coastal areas. Friday will become cloudier, with rain in many places. Temperatures will average 15 degrees on Thursday and 12 degrees on Friday.

The weekend will bring sunny intervals and rain in several places. Winds will gradually ease, and temperatures will average 12 degrees, reaching 13 degrees on Sunday.
