Four Tallinn deputy mayors to hold noon press briefing

Four deputy mayors will take part in a Tallinn City Government press conference at noon, ERR reports. The briefing will be streamed live on ERR’s website.

Monika Haukanõmm, Riina Solman, Kristjan Järvan and Andrei Kante are scheduled to discuss cuts to support for public library materials and Tallinn’s appeal to the Riigikogu, Estonia’s parliament.

Other topics include Mental Health Month, an ambulance service procurement, the first payment of the at-home child benefit, additional options for teacher scholarships and the results of the participatory budget vote.

The agenda also includes a hazardous waste collection round, plans to redesign Väike-Ameerika Street and Entrepreneurship Day.
