Tuesday will be mostly cloudy in Estonia, with rain showers in some places, ERR reports. Temperatures will reach 13 to 17 degrees during the day.
The high-pressure area influencing the weather will move southeast, while a low-pressure system travelling northeast over Scandinavia and northern Finland will bring more moisture to Estonia from its distant southern edge. Cloud cover will increase, although the heavier precipitation will pass farther to the north.
The coming night will initially be clear or partly cloudy. After midnight, cloud cover will increase from the west, and rain will reach the islands towards morning. Southerly winds will blow at 2 to 8 metres per second, with gusts of up to 12 metres per second on the coast. Temperatures will range from 3 to 9 degrees, reaching 10 to 14 degrees on the islands and the western coast.
Tuesday morning will be cloudy with some clear spells, and isolated rain is possible. Winds will come from the south and southeast at 2 to 8 metres per second, with coastal gusts of up to 12 metres per second. Temperatures will be 7 to 11 degrees, reaching 14 degrees on the western coast.
During the day, the mainland will remain cloudy with some clear spells, while the islands will have variable cloud cover. Rain showers are possible in places. Winds will initially be southerly and southwesterly, turning westerly in the afternoon on the islands and western coast. Wind speeds will be 2 to 8 metres per second, with gusts of up to 12 metres per second.
Rain is possible in places on Wednesday, and the night will be foggy in many areas. Temperatures will range from 7 to 15 degrees overnight and from 15 to 19 degrees during the day.
Thursday will be dry, with overnight temperatures of 1 to 7 degrees and up to 14 degrees on the western coast. Daytime temperatures will reach 17 degrees. Friday will also be dry, but the night will be cold, with inland air temperatures around zero and below-freezing temperatures at ground level. The western coast will remain above 10 degrees, while daytime temperatures will rise to around 15 degrees.
Saturday night and the first half of the day will be dry. Rain showers may reach western Estonia in the afternoon. The night will be cool and the day moderately warm.
