Seimas dismisses Valantinas as Supreme Court judge

Lithuania’s Seimas on Tuesday dismissed Algimantas Valantinas from his position as a judge of the Supreme Court of Lithuania after his term of office expired, LRT reported.
The decision was unanimously supported by 75 members of parliament.
Seimas appointed Valantinas to the Supreme Court in May 2021.
