Michal presents three ministerial candidates to Estonia’s president

Prime Minister Kristen Michal presented three new ministerial candidates to President Alar Karis at Kadriorg on Tuesday, ERR reported.

The president appoints ministers on the prime minister’s proposal.

The Reform Party board approved former Defence Forces commander Martin Herem as the candidate for defence minister, current Minister of Economy and Industry Erkki Keldo as the candidate for minister of environment and energy, and Liina Vahtras as the candidate for minister of economy and industry.
