LSM reports that a court has ordered the detention of a man suspected of carrying out indecent acts against a child at a playground in Jelgava.

Police received information on September 4 that the alleged acts had taken place at about 8 p.m. in a playground on Loka maģistrāle. Officers from the State Police Zemgale Region Administration’s Southern Zemgale precinct arrived at the scene, where they found the suspected offender.
