Latvia’s Development voters explain their political choice

Latvian Television’s news service has interviewed voters of the Latvia’s Development party about their political choices ahead of the 15th Saeima elections, LSM reported.

Voters discussed why they supported the party four years ago, whether they still consider that choice the right one, and whether the party has fulfilled its promises or disappointed them.

They also spoke about whom they plan to vote for this year. The project included voters who have not yet decided and people who said they would not vote at all.

The discussions examined whether campaign posters and promises can influence voters shortly before an election, or whether voters assess parties and their leaders over a much longer period, making campaigns less important.
