ERR reported that employers have set out their expectations for the parliamentary elections and are urging politicians to focus on increasing productivity.

Why does an Estonian have to work more than a Finn to earn one euro, and how can this be changed? Ain Hanschmidt, president of the Estonian Employers’ Confederation, will discuss the issue on ETV’s “Esimene stuudio” programme.

The programme begins on Thursday at 9.40 p.m. and will be hosted by Mirko Ojakivi. Mirjam Mäekivi is the editor.
