Police seek missing woman and young daughter in Cēsis

Latvia’s State Police are searching for Liene Janševska, who was born in 1995, and her 2.5-year-old daughter Elīza, LSM reported, citing police.

The pair were last seen in Cēsis on August 12. Their whereabouts are currently unknown.

Janševska is approximately 175 centimetres tall and has a heavy build, long dark hair and freckles. She was wearing a red sweater, black leggings and white Adidas trainers, and was carrying a white handbag.

Police urged anyone who knows where the woman and child may be to examine the photographs and contact them by calling 112 or 29150012.
